When arrive at the lodge you are treated like an old friend, with the staff eager to show you around the place and help you get settled in. The lodge itself is situated a hairs length away from the sea and beach, and with a lagoon that is safe and clean to swim in. Meet Me There is not spoilt by tourism, but that certainly doesn't mean there isn't a lot for you to do.

Meet Me There (Movie Review)
Tweet I hate giving advice, sometimes. Not because I dislike people or find their problems trivial.
Upon their arrival, Ada and Calvin are greeted with hostility from the locals. The hostility increases to the point where their car is torched, leaving Ada and Calvin to have to fight their way out of town to survive. The film can be best described as a psychological horror film with hints of arthouse cinema.
Meet Me There (Movie Review) | Bloody Good Horror
Much of the film deals with Ada and her inability to recall her past. Mixed in are dream sequences shot in black and white that bring out that arthouse feel. Runnels is definitely an imposing presence in this film, making for some disturbing moments.

When they arrive, they begin to wonder if it is home … or someplace much darker. The movie opens with a quiet but disturbing introduction scene involving two strangers that meet each other in a bar and their ends in a still meadow in Sheol, Oklahoma.
